Millesime by Chardonnay & Garnacha
Monjardin Valley is at the limit for winemaking because of our climate and high altitude. Resulting in very high-quality chardonnays with extraordinary acidity necessary to make sparkling wine. Our Rosé Brut Nature is fresh with citrus aromas with some floral notes. Very well balanced on the palate, elegant texture with good bubbles and intensity.

Description

Traditional Method Champanoise doing second fermentation in the bottle and aged for 24 to 36 months as Reserva. Then, we discork as brut nature with no sugar added.

It is a unique vineyard in the foothills of Monjardin Mountain, 650 m of altitude, planted in 1995. Harvested at the beginning of September when ripeness is optimum to make good sparkling wine.
