Rosé made as it is traditional in Navarra by the saigne method, “De Lagrima”. Harvested at night, its structure and color are lighter, it is pink with vibrant blue notes.
Delicate aromas of wild berries. It is fresh on the palate with nice acidity, incredible depth of flavors.

Description

From our vineyard “Azqueta”, our Chardonnay is slowly fermented in new French barriques and aged for 6 months with its lees doing batonnage. Golden color with aromas of vanilla and citrics. It has a good structure, well balanced in the palate, very elegant and fresh.
